From dmcordell in Queensbury, NY:
Many of us have been following Caroline O'Bannon's updates about her son Chase's battle against leukemia. Today, Chase's twin brother, William, donated bone marrow for his brother.
On this day, we are wearing orange and green to honor the Fighting O'Bannons. Although orange is meant to represent leukemia, and green to signify bone marrow, I prefer to think of orange as energy and green as new/renewed life.
Here's to Chase, William, and Caroline: blessings on all of you!
